ARTECO Academy

Arteco offers free web-based training for both technicians and end-users on a monthly basis through our training module, ARTECO Academy.
Each class takes approximately 2 hours and is scheduled for the second Tuesday and Wednesday of the month. Please see below for class descriptions and schedule.

ARTECO Intellligent Video Management – TECHNICAL

Is a comprehensive introduction to the installation and set-up functions of the ARTECO-IVS which includes in-depth discussion on analytics set-up and tuning. This class is designed for technicians who install and service Arteco products and is open to DDP and CPP program members.

ARTECO Intelligent Video Management -USER

Is a comprehensive introduction to the ARTECO-IVS Video Management Platform ARTECO-LOGIC which includes detailed description of all user functionalities of the software. This in-depth discussion includes the use/functionality of all icons and main-menu options, live video monitoring features, recorded video playback features, video search/export options, PTZ control and much more. This class is designed for end-users, consultants, sales representatives, and managers who work with ARTECO-LOGIC and is open to public.
